The Property

The House has a free standing roof on 100mm x 100mm square tubing, with IBR and solid cement bricks (certified 14mpa).

All walls, inside and out, are 230mm (Double brick) and go right up to the roof, lowest part of the pitch is 3.5m and the highest is 5.5m which creates a very cool interior.  

40m borehole with about a 2500l/h yield.  

Nice shed at the back, with an additional lean on car port, a water tank on 9m stand and a workers' toilet.

Exterior of the house painted with Dulux. Paint for the interior is on site, but have not been applied yet.

The under-roof veranda was initially 2.5m and was raised to3.5m.  The over-hang of the roof on all sides is min. 400mm. 

BPC electricity installed and municipal water connection is available.
